These rates are for the room not per person and includes vat.
A freshly cooked breakfast from the menu is available priced at £7.50 (Not available Weekends)
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of the equivalent of 1 nights accommodation will be charged unless a clear 24 hrs notice of cancellation is given from midday prior to booking.
Reservations must be confirmed by credit / debit card at time of booking, but will not be charged until time of check in!
